1. Who we are

BAYOX ("we", "us", "the platform") is an online marketplace for petroleum derivatives — diesel, gasoline, base oils, and related products — operated by Black River General Trading, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade License No. 1134141). By creating an account or using BAYOX in any way, you agree to these Terms.

2. What BAYOX does — and does not do

BAYOX provides a platform where sellers can list products and buyers can browse, request quotes, and message sellers directly. BAYOX is not a party to any trade between a buyer and a seller. We do not buy, sell, own, inspect, ship, insure, or take title to any product listed on the platform, and we do not process payment for the underlying trade between users. Any agreement on price, quantity, quality, Incoterms, delivery, or payment is made directly between the buyer and the seller, at their own risk.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be legally able to enter into trade agreements in your jurisdiction to use BAYOX.
• We may request identity or business verification documents before allowing certain actions (such as publishing a listing).

4. Listings and conduct

• Listings must be accurate, truthful, and for products the seller can legally supply.
• Users must comply with all applicable trade, export/import, sanctions, and customs laws in their jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of the counterparty.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings or messages are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Contact details obtained through BAYOX may not be used for unrelated marketing or spam.

5. Paid features and fees

BAYOX charges fees directly, in USD, for optional paid features: membership tiers/subscriptions and listing "boosts". These fees are for the use of BAYOX's platform features only — they are not a fee, commission, deposit, or payment related to the underlying trade between buyer and seller. Current prices are shown in the app before purchase. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations of these paid features are handled.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

BAYOX is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the identity or solvency of any user, or the outcome of any trade arranged through the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black River General Trading is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a transaction between users, including product quality, delivery, or payment disputes. Users are strongly encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before trading.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or is used unlawfully. You may delete your own account at any time from the app.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to your use of BAYOX (as opposed to a trade dispute between users, which is between those users) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
